Page 172 – Life is Beautiful

From the first moment we met Matthew and Kaitlin, we knew this gorgeous couple would be a dream to work with and it was such an honor to capture their special day! These two are always joyful, thoughtful and amazing through and through and we feel so blessed to have been their wedding photographers!

The rain was coming down hard and the wind was blowing in every direction the morning we arrived at the beach house where Matthew and Kaitlin would say “I do”! Though the weather caused a quick change to their plans, this sweet couple was nothing but smiles and did not let the weather forecast dampen the day! The ceremony and reception site were quickly moved with the help of their amazing family and friends to the carport under the house and the large beautiful porches that wrapped around the house provided the perfect spot for all of their portraits as the rain was not letting up!

We loved all of Matthew & Kaitlin’s details and the meaning behind them that became a part of their big day! Matthew’s grandfather officiated the ceremony, Kaitlin wore a stunning pink gown in honor of her grandmother’s favorite color, Matthew’s family catered the food and the list could go on and on with all of these special touches!

Dancing, delicious food, great conversations and lots of celebrating carried through the night! We were so thankful for a short ten minute break in the rain which gave us enough time to finally get this beautiful couple out on the beach!

A breathtaking sunset and a sparkler exit ended the night and Matthew and Kaitlin began their happily ever after! Thank you, Matthew and Kaitlin for the privilege of being a part of your beautiful wedding day! May God richly bless you both as you start this exciting new journey!
