Katherine will be starting her senior year of high school this month in Maryland and we had the honor of capturing her senior portraits while she was visiting her family in North Carolina this summer!
The beautiful morning light and Katherine’s sweet smiles made every image we captured so beautiful! This gorgeous girl is always so much fun to be around and we really enjoyed hearing all about her plans for the future!
From rocky paths, open grassy fields, a white farmhouse and blooming flowers, every location was a favorite for sure!

Every detail was so beautifully planned out and came together flawlessly! It was such a joy watching Heath and Katy’s vision for their special day come to life!
From the home where Katy grew up, the church where they said “I do”, to a beautiful flower garden, each location was so perfect! Katy even wore her grandmother’s shoes during the reception in honor of her memory. We think it is wonderful when our couples incorporate family heirlooms and other special items into the details of their wedding day!
The celebration continued through the night with great food, dancing, a stunning sunset and a fun sparkler exit!
