He told her he loved her the day she was moving over 500 miles away to start a new job! They had been friends for awhile, but he couldn’t let her leave without first telling her how he felt! Robby and Stephie laughed as they told us their love story because the beginning was not what either of them could have imagined when it came to starting a relationship, but distance only brought these two closer and before they knew it they were planning a wedding and anticipating spending life together forever!!

This absolutely GORGEOUS couple is the sweetest and definitely had an extraordinary vision for how their wedding day would look, feel, and unfold! We were blown away by every detail that filled their day and made it so unique and special!

Robby and Stephie were married on the most gorgeous day while they were surrounded by their family and friends who didn’t just come across the country, but some even came from across the world to celebrate these two! …. And we think it’s safe to say that everyone had a blast! The dance floor was hopping and everyone seemed to love dancing to an incredible live band that rocked every song they played!!

One of our favorite moments of the day had to be when Robby and Stephie slipped out of the reception for a few minutes to capture a few moments together with the last of the gorgeous golden sunlight in the vineyards. Capturing these two as they strolled through the vineyard in such an intimate setting was simply breathtaking!

We arrived around noon time at the Summit Hall finding an amazing vendor team already hard at work to make Robby and Stephie’s wedding day perfect! The team from Flowers by Larry were gracing the long banquet tables with the most beautiful florals we have ever seen! Wedding planner, Amy Brown was on top of every detail making sure the day flowed as smooth as possible and everyone from Burntshirt welcomed us with friendly smiles and warm hellos!

Our creative juices ran wild as we jumped right into all of the gorgeousness and started capturing every detail Robby and Stephie had worked so hard to include into their wedding day to make it a dream come true!

Every aspect was so unique and extra special! Even Stephie’s STUNNING limited addition white sequence Berta wedding gown had never been worn in North America before!

Soft hues of purple reflected the color of the grapes in the vineyard perfectly and navy and French blues captured the surrounding Blue Ridge Mountains and wide open crystal clear skies in an extradornairy way!

We honestly think this might be the longest blog we have ever posted because we simply couldn’t narrow down our favorite images!

A sparkling new engagement ring was elegantly gracing Amy’s left hand as she sat down in front of us at a local coffee shop for our first wedding consultation together. This gorgeous bride-to-be was glowing with excitement as she told us that she knew before her fiancé Matt even proposed to her that she wanted to be a TFP Bride! She was so thrilled that it was finally happening and she was marrying the love of her life!

Great anticipation lead this sweet couple to their wedding day with many special memories that followed for them to cherish forever! We loved Matt and Amy’s engagement session, Amy’s bridal portrait session and their wedding day definitely topped it all off in an incredible way!

Tears came to Matt’s eyes as he turned and saw Amy for the first time as she tapped him on the shoulder during their First Look the afternoon of their wedding day. He quickly grabbed her in a tight embrace, speechless at the sight of his gorgeous bride! Neither of them could let go of each other! This was the moment they had both been waiting for and their hearts were filled with so much joy and peace that beamed from their expressions in big smiles and excited laughter! We absolutely love these first moments when a bride & groom start their wedding day off with each other. There is no rush or pressure to move onto the next event of the wedding day, just an intimate time together at the beginning of the most special day of their lives! These priceless moments are one reason why we love First Looks so much!

Matt and Amy are the sweetest couple both with genuine hearts of gold! Their love and great anticipation for their future together is so beautiful and we were so honored to capture it all!

Amy’s vision, Matt’s support and both of their hard work was seen in every detail of their special day!
