Asheville, NC Wedding Photography

Benjamin and Megan traveled from the Sunshine State of Florida to the beautiful mountains of North Carolina to say “I do!” We started the day at the beautiful Mount Airy Farm in Asheville, NC where we met up with Megan as she prepared for the big day! Morning prep kept everyone busy as the joyful anticipation of the day began to unfold with breakfast, hair and makeup, sweet exchanges of gifts and of course, lots of smiles, laughter and worshipful conversation as to how the Lord so perfectly brought this couple together!

Though the clouds loomed low and the chance for rain proved to be right, there were no complaints from the coziness it brought to the day! Portraits before and after the ceremony had a mix of both sunshine and passing showers, but this amazing bridal party never once had a smile leave their faces and were so amazing to work with in every scenario!

We have never been so deeply moved by a ceremony! Every word spoken, every glance shared and every vow given was so deeply moving that not a dry eye was left in Glassy Mountain Chapel!

As soon as Benjamin and Megan were pronounced husband and wife, a heart of celebration began among forty-one of their cherished loved ones who came to witness this joyous occasion!

We have so many favorite moments from Benjamin and Megan’s wedding day and we had such a hard time narrowing down our favorite images for their blog!

We were thrilled when Benjamin and Megan requested multiple locations and reserved extra time for their couple portraits! We love capturing those quiet, intimate, unrushed moments with the bride and groom as they celebrate their special day!

From the beautiful Glassy Mountain Chapel, a vintage car and many stunning locations around Mount Airy Farm, we had a blast with these two documenting their love for each other in photographs!

A backyard reception styled by the talented Mary McKittrick from We Took to the Woods, complimented the breathtaking surroundings that welcomed us all with warmth and the essence of elegance!

Dances, toasts, amazing food, songs and heartfelt conversations made this day one to remember!
